We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all US orders over $145 USD.

 

 

We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping & Handling:

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $145 USD. All other orders will include shipping costs when you place your order. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

 

Free Prepaid Returns:

We happily accept unused and unworn merchandise with original tags attached and gift / original receipt within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit.

Please note all qualifying orders placed between November 1, 2017 and December 23, 2017 can be returned through January 31, 2018.

To return an item, simply contact our friendly Tanya Moss customer care at 1-866-568-3738 or at customercare@tanyamoss.com . We will be happy to help facilitate your return by sending you a pre-paid return label so you can easily send us your purchase. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. At this time, we ask that you ship only with our Tanya Moss provided return labels.

We only offer expedited shipping within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. We cannot be responsible for weather delays.
