We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of the ship date for website store credit or exchange for all qualifying orders.
Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return. Product exchanges with a difference in price will be refunded or charged at the time of checkout (if the amount is lesser or greater than the original purchase). Please contact our customer care team and we’ll be happy to help you return or exchange your purchase.
All qualifying orders placed between November 1, 2016 and December 23, 2016 can be returned through January 31, 2017. Returned items must be unworn with original tags attached and gift / original receipt.
Please contact our Tanya Moss customer care team at 1-866-568-3738 or at email@example.com to begin your return process. We will send you a pre-paid shipping return label so you can easily send us your purchase.
To return your order, please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. At this time, we ask that you ship only with our Tanya Moss provided return labels.
Please be sure to fill out all forms provided as part of the packing slip listing all details requested to expedite processing of your refund. And please be sure to keep the tracking number that is provided on your prepaid return label for tracking purposes.
You will receive an email notification from Tanya Moss when we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 20 days for your return to be processed.
Please note, stores will not accept returns of orders purchased via ecommerce. Instead, please contact our customer care team and we will be happy to help.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Gifts provided with the original purchase order should be returned with the original purchase order.
Refunds will be given by website store credit or exchange.
Items purchased online cannot be returned in physical stores.

If a difference in price is refunded to you, please allow for an additional 7-10 business days from the date you of the confirmed refund to be available in your account. It may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift.
